为提高壳聚糖膜材料的性能,在保留没食子酸固有酚羟基的同时引入甲酰基,得到改性没食子酸,并以其为交联剂制备交联壳聚糖膜材料。通过条件优化,改性产物的最高产率可以达到55.3%,并通过核磁波谱确定了产物结构。将改性产物与壳聚糖交联后,交联膜的拉伸强度达19.7 MPa,较壳聚糖膜提高了91.3%。同时,交联膜在200~379 nm紫外区的透过率小于1%,紫外屏蔽能力显著。醛基与氨基间产生共价交联作用,使得材料的红外光谱氨基吸收峰红移且强度减弱。此外,交联膜材料具有良好的抗氧化性能、抑菌性能及细胞相容性,并对蓝莓的包装储藏具有较好的保鲜效果。改性没食子酸能有效提升壳聚糖膜材料的功能活性,从而为生物质功能材料的开发提供参考。
In order to improve the performance of chitosan membrane materials
this study introduced formyl group while retaining the inherent phenolic hydroxyl group of gallic acid to obtain modified gallic acid
and used it as a cross-linking agent to prepare cross-linked chitosan membrane materials. By optimizing the conditions
the highest yield of the modified product can reach 55.3 %
and the structure of the product was determined by NMR spectroscopy. After cross-linking the modified product with chitosan
the tensile strength of the crosslinked film reached 19.7 MPa
which was 91.3 % higher than that of the chitosan film. At the same time
the transmittance of the crosslinked film in the ultraviolet region of 200 nm to 379 nm is less than 1 %
and the ultraviolet shielding ability is remarkable. The covalent cross-linking between the aldehyde group and the amino group causes the amino absorption peak of the infrared spectrum of the material to be red-shifted and the intensity to be weakened. In addition
the crosslinked membrane material had good antioxidant properties
antibacterial properties and cell compatibility
and has a good preservation effect on blueberries. Modified gallic acid can effectively improve the functional activity of chitosan membrane materials
thus providing a reference for the development of biomass functional materials.
