催化剂,探究沉淀剂种类、pH值及浓度对其室温催化氧化甲醛性能的影响。结果表明,以(NH
4
)
2
CO
3
为沉淀剂、pH=9、浓度2 mol/L时制得的催化剂性能最佳,比表面积达95 m
2
·g
-1
,表面氧空位含量为26.41%。Zr
4+
掺杂入CeO
2
晶格形成固溶体,提升了Ce
3+
浓度,促进了氧空位生成与氧迁移,从而增强了催化活性。
A series of Ce
x
Zr
1-x
O
y
catalysts were synthesized via a coprecipitation method to investigate the effects of precipitant type
pH
and precipitant concentration on their catalytic performance for formaldehyde oxidation at room temperature. The catalyst prepared using (NH₄)₂CO₃ as the pre
cipitant at a pH of 9 and a concentration of 2 mol/L exhibited the best performance
achieving a specific surface area of 95 m²·g⁻¹ and a surface oxygen vacancy content of 26.41%. The incorporation of Zr⁴⁺ into the CeO₂ lattice resulted in the formation of a solid solution
which increased the concentration of Ce³⁺
promoted the generation of oxygen vacancies
and enhanced oxygen mobility
thereby contributing to the superior catalytic activity.
