A set oi apparatus was established and used to measure the local holdup of each phase of gas-liquid-solid system simultaneously. According to the equation ε=K∑Δti/T

the signal peak and peak width time can be distinguished under the applied program. The experiment is stable and reliable. The errors among repeated experiments in average holdup measurements are less than 9%.It provides a fully-new reliable method for the detection of three phase reactor.
