摘要

本文对液态金属钠在环管热进口段部分的紊流换热做了试验研究.实验的主要特性参数如下:环管通道之直径比d_2/d_1=1.54;热流密度q=50W/cm~2;雷诺数Re=2×10~4-1.5×10~5;贝克来数Pe=122-1078.分析表明

实验值与理论值吻合良好.最后

分别给出稳定段和热进口段的努塞尔数以及热进口段长度的计算式:Nu(∞)=(4.6+0.015Pe~(0.78))(d_2/d_1)~(0.3) Nu(z)=0.46Nu(∞)(PeDe/z)~(0.25)L/De=0.1197Pe/1+0.00092PrRe~(1.092)

Abstract

An experimental investigation was performed for turbulent heat transfer to liquid sodium in the thermal entrance region. The main characteristicparameters in the experiment are the diameter ratio of the annular d2/dL= 1.54

heat flux g=50W/cm2

Reynolds number Re = 2 × 104- 1.5×105

Peclet number Pe= 122 -1078. The experimental results were found to be in good agreement with theoretical prediction. Finally

some empirical relations were obtained for the Nusselt numbers in fully-developed region and in the thermal entrance region respectively and for the length of the thermal entrance region of turbulent flow of liquid sodium:
