classification and instrumental analysis techniques of microemulsion phase are summarized.Some comments on the technologies of microemulsion phase extraction are presented，including its properties，rules and interaction relationships.In the cases of typical microemulsion phase extraction，micelle，reverse micelle and three-phase are reviewed，and some proposals on the development and prospect of the microemulsion phase extraction technology are provided.
