摘要

通过对超细化前后的氯酸钾、铝粉和硫粉按照零氧平衡的同一配比(63%KClO3+17%Al+20%S)配成的烟火药剂，进行热安全性和机械感度对比实验的分析发现，与普通配方相比，超细化配方虽然可以明显降低其撞击感度，但对摩擦感度的影响不大。另外，烟火药剂的超细化程度越高，热分解的初始反应温度越低，反应到达最大温升速率所需的时间越长，反应所能达到的最高压力越低。

Abstract

The thermal and mechanical sensitivity tests were conducted for the common and ultra-fine pyrotechnics with zero oxygen balance composition: 63%KClO3+17%Al+20%S.It is found that after one or/and two of the component particles were ultrafined the impact sensitivity was reduced obviously

but the friction sensitivity affected little.In addition

the higher the ultra-fine degree of pyrotechnics is

the lower its initial thermal decomposition temperature

the longer the time required to reach the maximum rising rate of temperature

the lower the pressure reached in the thermal decomposition reaction.
