摘要

木素障碍是影响木质纤维素水解转化的主要原因，弱碱性亚硫酸盐条件既能降解木素，又能减少碳水化合物脱水降解。本文研究了甘蔗渣在弱碱性亚硫酸盐条件下的脱木素行为，建立以H因子和亚硫酸钠浓度为变量的蔗渣脱木素的经验模型，并优化出蔗渣的亚硫酸钠预处理最佳工艺条件为：亚硫酸钠浓度为20%（质量），温度为160℃，保温时间为30 min。

Abstract

Lignin in biomass defenses the hydrolysis of polysaccharides by microbes or enzymes.Destruction and removal of lignin can greatly facilitate conversion of biomass.Pretreatment with sulfite in weak alkaline condition is an effective and environmentally friendly way to degrade lignin in biomass without toxic substance produced.The optimum condition for sulfite treatment is as following: sulfite 20%(mass)

temperature 160℃ and reaction time 30 min.
