摘要

研究了用渗滤法从桑白皮中浸取药用成分桑根酮C、D的动力学，并建立了渗滤过程中的传质模型.通过多参数拟合得到高浓度下桑根酮C、D在丙酮和桑白皮纤维间的浸取等温线，以及在渗滤过程中的内扩散系数及液膜传质系数，并关联了渗滤过程中液膜传质系数和流速的关系.结果显示，本文所建立的传质模型较好地反映了渗滤操作中的传质过程.

Abstract

The dynamics of leaching Sanggenon from Sangbaipi was studied

and the dynamic model describing leaching process

accounting to non-linear isotherm

was developed. The equilibrium equations of Sanggenon C and D between Sangbaipi and acetone

the intrapartical diffusion coefficient and the mass transfer coefficient in liquid film were obtained. The correlationships between the mass transfer coefficient in liquid film and the velocity were developed. The result that the dynamic curves calculated by the model were agreement with the experimental curves showed that the model can well express leaching process.
