摘要

以无水CuCl2和2

2′-联吡啶-1，1′-二氧化物为原料，在DMF溶剂中合成了一种气敏配合物［Cu5(bipy O2)6 Cl8］Cl2，并经元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱和摩尔电导率表征.对该配合物的气敏特性研究表明，该配合物对氨气有一定的敏感性和选择性.工作电压为3 V时，在浓度为0.05～0.40 mmol8226;L-1范围，传感器的输出电压产生突跃性变化，从66 mV 增加到1756 mV.当工作电压为2 V时，输出电压随氨气浓度增大产生两次突跃:第1次突跃范围是0.10～0.40 mmol8226;L-1，突跃值约为450 mV;第2次突跃范围是0.40～0.60 mmol8226;L-1，突跃值约为960 mV.用其制作的传感器在涉氨化工生产的自动控制和氨气泄漏报警方面有一定的应用前景.

Abstract

A gas sensitive complex was synthesized by reaction of 2

2′-bipyridine-1

1′-dioxide with CuCl2 in dimethylfor-mamide. The elemental analysis

UV and molar conductivity indicated the composition of the complex as［Cu5(bipy O2)6Cl8］Cl2.The sensitivity properties study indicated that the complex showed good sensitivity and selectivity to ammonia.When working voltage was 3 V

the output voltage of the sensor manufactured by the complex increased suddenly from 66 to 1756 mV with the increase of ammonia conentration in the range of 0.05—0.40 mmol8226;L-1. When working voltage was 2 V

the output voltage of the sensor showed two sudden increase in the ammonia conentration range of 0.10—0.40 mmol8226;L-1 and 0.40—0.60 mmol8226;L-1.The increment was 450 and 960 mV.The sensor could be used in ammonia leak -alarm and in production processes to control NH3.
