摘要

采用溶剂热法制备了金属有机框架衍生氧化铟（MOF-In

）/氧化石墨烯（GO）复合材料，并用其改性环氧树脂（EP），制备了高性能MOF-In

/GO-EP防腐复合涂层。结果表明，MOF-In

呈现规则棒状结构，能够作为空间间隔单元有效抑制GO片层的团聚行为，显著改善其在环氧树脂中的分散状态，形成了均匀致密的复合结构。当MOF-In

/GO的添加量为3%，MOF-In

/GO-EP复合涂层具有更高的电荷转移电阻和更低的腐蚀电流密度。室温下，在5%盐酸和氯化钠溶液中浸泡21天结果表明复合涂层具有强的耐酸和耐盐腐蚀性；在盐水中浸泡21天后，阻抗值可达4.36×10

。MOF-In

与GO的协同作用显著降低了涂层对腐蚀介质的渗透能力，增强了涂层与金属基体之间的界面结合能力。GO片层延长了腐蚀介质扩散路径、MOF-In

填充至涂层微孔并抑制GO团聚，以及涂层的致密结构和界面结合能力等协同作用有效提升了环氧树脂涂层的防腐性能。本研究为高性能复合防腐涂层的设计与应用提供了新的思路和理论依据。

Abstract

Metal-organic framework-derived indium oxide (MOF-In

)/graphene oxide (GO) composites were prepared via a solvothermal method and subsequentl

y used to modify epoxy resin (EP)

resulting in high-performance MOF-In

/GO-EP anticorrosion composite coatings. MOF-In

exhibited a regular rod-like structure

which acted as a spatial spacer to effectively restrain the agglomeration of GO nanosheets and greatly improve their dispersion in epoxy resin. As a result

a uniform and compact composite was constructed. When the loading of MOF-In

/GO was 3 wt%

the MOF-In

/GO-EP composite coating possessed an elevated charge transfer resistance and reduced corrosion current density. The results of immersion in 5% hydrochloric acid and sodium chloride solution for 21 days at room temperature showed that the composite coating had strong acid and salt corrosion resistance. After immersion in 3.5% sodium chloride solution for 21 days

the impedance value could reach 4.36×10

. The synergistic effect between MOF-In

and GO markedly suppressed the penetration of corrosive species into the coating and strengthened the interfacial bonding between the coating and metallic substrate. The enhanced anticorrosion performance was attributed to the synergistic effects of the prolonged diffusion pathway for corrosive media provided by GO nanosheets

the filling of coating microvoids and suppression of GO aggregation by MOF-In

as well as the compact coating structure and improved interfacial adhesion. This work provided a novel strategy and theoretical reference for the design and practical application of high-performance anticorrosion composite coatings.
