摘要

气泡发生器在化工、水处理和石油等领域得到广泛应用。为优化气泡破碎效果，本文开发了一种螺旋肋-多孔介质文丘里气泡发生器(SPVBG)，通过实验与数值模拟探究气泡发生器产气特性及其影响因素。实验结果表明，与多孔介质-文丘里气泡发生器(PVBG)相比，在相同运行工况下，SPVBG产生的气泡平均直径更小、更均匀。随着水流量的增大或气流量的减小，SPVBG产生的气泡平均直径减小。基于实验结果，开发了SPVBG的气泡粒径预测关联式。数值分析结果表明，湍动能随着水流量增大而增强，扩张段内近壁面处湍动能大。与PVBG相比，SPVBG在扩张段的湍动能、径向速度和压降更大，近壁面高湍动能区内气泡分布概率更高，因此气泡破碎效果更好。相关研究成果为文丘里气泡发生器的优化提供了一种新的思路。

Abstract

Bubble generators are widely used in chemical engineering

water treatment

petroleum and other fields. To optimize the bubble breakup effect

a spiral rib-porous media Venturi bubble generator (SPVBG) was developed in this paper. The gas production characteristics and influencing factors of the bubble generator were investigated through experiments and numerical simulations. The experimental results show that

compared with the porous media-Venturi bubble generator (PVBG)

the average bubble diameter produced by SPVBG is smaller and more uniform under the same operating conditions. The average bubble diameter generated by SPVBG decreases with the increase of water flow rate or the decrease of gas flow rate. Based on the experimental results

a correlation formula for predicting the bubble size of SPVBG was developed. Numerical analysis results indicate that the turbulent kinetic energy increases with the rise of water flow rate

and the turbulent kinetic energy is high near the wall in the diffuser section. Compared with PVBG

SPVBG has greater turbulent kinetic energy

radial velocity and pressure drop in the diffuser section

and a higher probability of bubble distribution in the high turbulent kinetic energy region near the wall

resulting in better bubble breakup effect. The relevant research results provide a new idea for the optimization of Venturi bubble generators.
