摘要

通过控制节流阀开度，静态节流能够有效地消除海上油气立管发生的严重段塞流。针对现有方案依赖人工调参，参数适用性弱的缺陷，对控制器参数自生成方法进行了理论和实验研究。引入稳定性分析和基于模糊推理的融合算法，预测段塞消除的临界条件，提出了考虑稳定性判据间相互偏差的参数整定原则，构建了参数自生成的调控方案。在两套大型实验系统，开展了出口压力为常压和5MPa的验证实验，共计29组。验证结果表明，该调控方案适用于差异化的管道系统的严重段塞流控制场景，可以快速且安全地消除严重段塞流。

Abstract

By controlling the choke's opening

permanent choking can effectively eliminate severe slugging in offshore oil and gas risers. To address the limitations of existing methods

which rely heavily on manual parameter tuning and exhibit poor parameter adaptability

a controller with self-generated parameters has been developed and proposed. Stability analysis is introduced to predict the critical conditions for slug elimination

a fusion algorithm based on fuzzy inference has been proposed to further enhance prediction accuracy. The prediction results derived from the fusion algorithm is utilized to propose a standardized method for generating control parameters. Experimental validation of the proposed slug controller was conducted on two large-scale experimental systems under outlet pressures of atmospheric pressure and 5 MPa which achieved an average regulation time of less than 7 slug cycles across 29 sets of validation experiments and significantly reduced pressure fluctuation amplitude at the pipeline inlet without substantially increasing system pressure

thereby enabling rapid elimination of severe slugging flow without over-choking. The results indicate that the proposed controller can be applied to slug elimination tasks across different pipeline systems

varying flow rates and outlet pressure conditions as well as diverse types of valves.
