摘要

本文介绍了近年来微观、介观和宏观分子动力学模拟的发展。并针对这三种尺度下的模拟方法进行了描述。同时针对这些方法的应用进行了综述。

Abstract

In this paper

the development and applications in andmicroscopic

mesoscopic and macroscopic simulation on molecular dynamics are introduced. These three kinds of modeling methods as well as theirs applications are reviewed also.
