摘要

作者对D-核糖酸-γ-内酯电解还原制取D-核糖的方法

进行了研究和改进。根据钠汞齐生成和内酯还原反应的不同条件要求

采用两套不同性能的搅拌器

还原反应时间由原来的20小时缩短为10小时左右

减少了内酯的水解。反应温度10—12℃

反应介质pH4.0—4.8

电压12伏

电流强度70安培

电流密度7安培/分米~2左右

维持钠汞齐含量约0.4％反应

D-核糖收率达到了75%。同时钠汞齐可以长期循环使用

不需要每次制备和汞的清洗处理。改进后的方法设备简单

操作方便

收率较高

适用于工业生产。
