作者对D-阿拉伯糖酸钙经差向异构化制取D-核糖酸-γ-内酯的方法

进行了研究和改进。通过简化工艺过程和反应条件的研究

转化剂氢氧化钙用量为13克/每公斤D-阿拉伯糖酸钙

于135—138℃反应8小时。用浓缩二次回收钙盐的方法

增加未转化的D-阿拉伯糖酸钙回收量

相应地提高了D-核糖酸-γ-内酯及下步D-核糖的含量。D-核糖酸-γ-内酯收率为72.66％。改进后的方法与文载方法比较

具有操作简便

收率及D-核糖酸-γ-内酯含量较高的优点

适用于工业生产。
