摘要

对乙酸和丁醇酯化反应精馏进行了实验研究和数学模拟．以Hayden-O’Connell公式和“化学理论”计算逸度系数，以NRTL方程计算活度系数，从而为模拟过程提供了较为准确的热力学数据，数学模型采用松弛法求解，计算结果和实验结果吻合良好．

Abstract

Distillation with esterification of butanol and acetic acid was studied experimentally and then followed by mathematical simulation.To provide data for the complex quaternary system

the fugacity coefficients were calculated by Hayden─OConnell equation

and the activity coefficients by the NRTL equation.The mathematical model

solved by the relaxation method

agreed well with experiments.
