摘要

为提高拉丝过程的生产率并确保丝径的均匀性

本文提出了新颖的闭环控制方法.通过应用Karhunen-Loeve法所提取的分布参数系统的主导特征函数

构造了简单有效的P控制率.该控制方法不依赖于系统的数学模型

且设定值能自行生成.模拟计算表明该法为分布参数系统的黑箱控制开辟了又一途径.

Abstract

In order to increase the production rate of drawing process and improve tne uniformity of diameter

a new closed loop control strategy is suggested. By using the eigenfunctions of a distributed parameter systemvia Karhunen-Loeve approach

a simple and valid P control law is constructed. This control method is independent of system mathematical model and the set point can be automatically generated. This article gives another way of black-box control for a distributed parameter system.
