Preparation and properties of Maifanshi inorganic antibacterial agent
The inorganic antibacterial agents were prepared with Maifanshi containing Ag+ and Zn2+ by liquid ion exchanging reaction in this paper. The antibacterial activities of the as-prepared Maifanshi antibacterial agents were examined by Bacteriastasis ratio
and the microstructures of it were characterized by XRD and SEM
and the durability of it were studied by Sustained-release method. The results show that the excellent antibacterial activities and long durability of Maifanshi antibacterial agents have been obtained by the reaction of 0.1 mol·L-1 Ag+ and 2 mol·L-1 Zn2+ with Medical stone powers in the solution of pH 8 for 4 h at 60℃.The reasons for causing the above results are that silver and zinc ions entering the framework of Maifanshi through ion exchanging and adsorption can be released slowly to kill bacteria.
