双碳战略目标驱动下,炼化企业亟需向绿色低碳加工和产品高附加值转型,而分子炼油是提升产品价值的重要方向。烃类组分的选择性分离是分子炼油的前提,传统有机溶剂分离技术存在溶剂易挥发、易残留等问题。离子液体具有几乎不挥发、结构与物性可设计等独特优势,可替代传统有机溶剂对分离技术进行强化提升。介绍了用于烃类分离的离子液体设计优选方法,综述了离子液体分离芳烃/烷烃和烯烃/烷烃的研究进展,总结了离子液体阴、阳离子种类和功能基团对芳烃、烯烃与烷烃分离的影响规律,归纳了分离存在的问题,并展望了离子液体在烃类分离方面的发展趋势。未来离子液体对于芳烃/烷烃和烯烃/烷烃的分离应建立结构/基团与分离性能的定量关系,重视真实油品的实验验证,创新离子液体分离工艺,以促进离子液体分离技术的工业化发展。
Driven by the dual-carbon strategy
refining enterprises urgently need to transform towards green and low-carbon processing and high-value-added products
and molecular refining is an important direction for enhancing product value. The selective separation of hydrocarbons is the premise of molecular refining. But traditional separation technology by organic solvents has problems such as easy volatilization and residue. Ionic liquids have unique advantages such as almost no volatility and the ability to be designed in terms of structure and physical
which can replace traditional organic solvents to enhance separation technology. In this article
the design and selection methods of ionic liquids for hydrocarbons separation were introduced
and the research progress of ionic liquid in separation of aromatics/alkanes and olefins/alkanes was reviewed. Moreover
the influencing rules of the types of cations
anions and functional groups of ionic liquids on the separation of aromatics
olefins and alkanes were summarized
and the existing problems in separation were proposed. It also looks forward to the further development of ionic liquids in the separation of hydrocarbons. In the future
the separation of aromatics/alkanes or olefins/alkanes by ionic liquids should establish a quantitative relationship between structure and separation performance
attach importance to the experimental verification of real oils
and make breakthroughs in the innovation of ionic liquid separation processes to promote the industrial development of ionic liquid separation technology.
